 Why do we need majority rule?
Consider this both in technical perspective
and in political perspectives.
Is this proof or evidence for democratic
society? How about communist
or totalitarian society?
Is it right that we force the
majority's opinion to the minority under the
basic principle that
we are all equal and free in democratic
society?
What
is justification for this?

of mind!" "Ballot instead of Bullet!"
This rule works properly under
the condition that fundamental
values are shared although
important values are different.
Think about it in relation
to negotiation.
What is the limitations on
this rule?
