Like Sukmin, I also think that section 2 (Why does he try to define Rights on Constutional Law) and section 3 (Isn't it possible to define the Rights by interpreting just the article of Constutional Law itself or by some Rule from common law?) is too broad to present about "Mutual Social Relationship".
As the introduction of presentation, I think Who is Max Weber is okay.

Actually now I read about the book relating to "Socail Contract" and prepare to write. During the reading, John Rawls who is famous for Justice study came to me. He also, I think, related with social contract. Is that right?
Who want to research mainly on the section 2 (Between the parties: also includes meaning of mutual and social)?
